Your role
As a production operator, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our production process across various machines.
You ensure that every semi-finished or finished product meets the strict quality standards of BALAK.
What you do
- Operate and monitor production machines.
- Carry out quality checks to guarantee product conformity.
- Perform minor technical, cleaning, or maintenance tasks on the production line.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace together with your fellow operators.

Function Requirements
- You can set up, operate, and monitor machines with attention to detail.
- Basic technical insight: you can perform small adjustments or minor maintenance.
- You work accurately and follow safety and quality procedures consistently.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You communicate clearly and report deviations or issues promptly.
- You are willing to work in a 2‑shift system (morning/afternoon).
- Experience in a production or technical environment is a plus.
