To achieve the colored finish, we always use QUALICOAT-approved polyester powder coatings that offers long-term UV resistance and color stability.
Before coating, each panel undergoes multiple chemical pretreatment baths. This pretreatment process ensures excellent adhesion of the powder coating, resulting in superior performance in both adhesion and corrosion resistance tests.
