BALAK® Deco starts from the same blank panel as BALAK Premium – strongly welded from blank wire.
Subsequently, each panel is pre-treated in multiple chemical baths and coated with our specially developed BALAK® Zinc Epoxy Primer. As a result, each individual panel is completely encapsulated with lasting corrosion protection. This method offers a significant quality advantage compared to panels made from pre-galvanized wire, where cut edges and weld points are without zinc.
Finally, the BALAK Deco panel receives a UV-resistant polyester powder coating, identical to the coating used for BALAK Premium HDG + RAL (QUALICOAT/GSB-approved).
